     Houston is one of the most dynamic but also unequal major cities in the United States.   How does this inequality impact the lives of less-advantaged Houstonians?    What can be done to help them?   How important is early childhood development in addressing inequality?     

     In this episode, Dr. Quianta Moore, Baker Institute Fellow in Child Health Policy, discusses these questions.  Last month, Houston mayor Sylvester Turner declared October 2 “Dr. Quianta Moore Day,” in recognition of her efforts to understand and improve early childhood development.
